Hi! I am Meghan and I am looking forward to meeting you in class.
People often describe me as open-minded, easygoing and curious. During my free time, I read fiction books and do yoga. Back in college, I interned for a startup called Learn Tagalog Fast. This gave me a little bit of a background on how a one-on-one mentoring works between a tutor and a student.
I used to work for English: International Association of Students in Economic and Commercial Sciences where I met a lot of foreign students. This experience exposed me to the diversity of other countries’ culture and has developed good social skills.
My goal as a teacher is to take part in honing student’s skills in communication and put more emphasis on the importance of grammar so they can easily convey their thoughts and express themselves. You will definitely enjoy my class as we will use the latest trends and real-life scenarios for every lesson so we could both relate and apply what we’ve discussed.
