I remembered a good phrase while taking a walk: “icing on the cake” (花を添えるもの). The wind was a bit cold and while being very sunny, so please excuse my expression. The phrase “icing on the cake” basically means that something adds EXTRA fun or happiness. It’s a very specific phrase but is often used. For example: going to the park is fun but bringing games or snacks makes it extra fun. You don’t need games or snacks at the park but it’s extra fun. In the same way, a cake doesn’t need icing, but a cake with icing is better. made with #VideoShow–https://itunes.apple.com/app/id930380089
